Meetings in the Unit are mandatory. If you can not make one, it is no problem, but post an LoA. I keep a list of everyone that has attended each meeting and as of now the new rule is:
Miss One Meeting without LoA: Your fine, but an LoA would be nice
Miss Two Meetings without LoA: An AWOL notice will be posted, you will have until the next meeting to respond before being discharged(Absent Without Official Leave)
Miss Three Meetings without LoA: You will be discharged from the unit (Unless you have a sufficient reason, Ex: Your computer blew up)
